HU-650 series includes specific silicone material with excellent anti-static and dust eliminating effect to clean the particle but not damaging the surface of working panel. The hardness of cleaning roller, normally at 15-50 degree, and viscosity are determinate by processes and demands of customers.
Applications
It can be used in many processes of PCB manufacturing, like roller coating, D/F, S/M, exposure, lamination, etc.
Features
➤We control the hardness, viscosity and roughness of cleaning roller to get suitable adhesion force and enhance the best dust-eliminating effect.
➤We use special roller paper with different viscosity to clean the particle on the roller in order not to leave adhesive residue on it. The roller paper will not wrinkle due to the change of temperature and humidity.
➤The upper lid with clear window is easy for you to check the smudgy and condition of roller paper.
➤We can easily extract the roller paper to cut or change with a new one. The conveyer section is an extra option for in-line operation.
➤There are 2 static-eliminator at the entrance and exit to avoid the dust re-falling on the working panel.
